From company facilities located across the country and in close proximity to customers and resellers, Premio provides responsive, personal service unavailable from mass-market vendors. Premio promises friendly, reliable, and immediate assistance both on-line and off-line.

Premio systems are backed by a one-year limited depot warranty and one-year on-site service. Additional 2nd and 3rd year depot or on-site warranties can be purchased separately for extending the total coverage to three years. When help is needed, Premio customers can call the Premio help desk, where a skilled service technician will determine if the problem is software or hardware related. Often, issues can be resolved over the phone. If necessary, Premio will initiate a service Premio's Skilled Technicians incident request and dispatch a service technician to your location.
